- Nature of Property
Mangoscape is a private farmhouse and not a hotel or resort. Guests must not expect hotel-style services, room service, or daily housekeeping.
- Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from Mangoscape.
- Property Usage
The property is to be used strictly for residential and recreational purposes only. Commercial use, events, parties, photoshoots, or gatherings are permitted only with prior discussion and written approval. Unauthorized use will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed at the time of booking are allowed on the premises. Outside visitors are not permitted without written approval.
- Shared Property Conduct
If guests book either the ground floor (Veranda Home) or first floor (Orchard Terrace), they must understand that: The other floor may be occupied, guests must maintain mutual respect, noise control, and privacy. Complaints from co-guests may result in termination of stay.
- Noise Policy
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM onwards.
- Smoking, Alcohol & Illegal Substances
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all indoor areas of the property. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in moderation.
• Possession, use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs or narcotic substances is strictly prohibited
and will result in immediate eviction without refund, forfeiture of the security deposit, and possible legal action.8. Safety & Liability
Guests are fully responsible for:
• Their own safety
• Supervision of children at all times, Mangoscape is not liable for accidents, injuries, loss of belongings, or natural incidents.
- Property Damage
Any damage to furniture, fixtures, appliances, or outdoor property will be deducted from the security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, the guest must bear the full cost.
- Electrical Usage
Guests must switch off ACs, geysers, and lights when not in use.
- Farm Produce
Plucking fruits or plants without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Barbeque & Bonfire
Allowed only with prior approval and caretaker supervision. Guests are fully responsible for safety.
- Right to Refuse or Evict
Mangoscape reserves the right to:
• Refuse entry
• Terminate any stay without refund In cases of misconduct, rule breach, or safety risk.
- Modifications
Mangoscape reserves the right to modify pricing, policies, or property details without prior notice.
