Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is aligned with Airbnb’s Moderate Cancellation Policy and applies to all direct website bookings.

  1. Guest Cancellations
    Full Refund
    If cancelled at least 5 days before check-in.
    Partial Refund (Within 5 Days of Check-in)
    If cancelled within 5 days of check-in, guests will:
    • Be charged for 1 additional night
    • Receive 50% refund of the remaining unspent nights Early Check-Out (After Check-In) Same rule applies:
    • 1 extra night charged
    • 50% refund of remaining nights No-Shows No refund will be issued.

  2. Date Changes
    • One-time date change may be requested only if made 5 days before check-in
    • Subject to availability

  3. Event, Corporate & Custom Bookings
    All event-based, corporate, photoshoot, and custom-use bookings:
    • Are non-refundable
    • Subject to separate written terms
    • May be rescheduled only at the host’s discretion

  4. Cancellation by Mangoscape
    Mangoscape may cancel a booking due to:
    • Safety issues
    • Natural events
    • Government restrictions
    • Property damage or operational issues In such cases, a full refund will be issued without further liability.

  5. Security Deposit
    • Fully refundable after checkout inspection
    • Deductions apply for:
    ◦ Property damage
    ◦ Rule violations
    ◦ Excessive cleaning
    ◦ Safety breaches
