Property Nature & Use
Mangoscape is a private farmhouse and not a hotel, resort, or serviced accommodation.
Guests shall not expect hotel-style services, staff availability, or daily housekeeping. The property is to be used strictly for residential and recreational purposes only. Commercial use, events, parties, or gatherings beyond the approved booking purpose are prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests whose names are provided at the time of booking are permitted on the premises.
 Outside visitors are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the host.
 Any violation will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Shared Property Conduct
Guests booking either:
• Mangoscape – The Veranda Home (ground floor) or
• Mangoscape – The Orchard Terrace (first floor)
must understand that the other unit may be occupied by different guests at the same time.


All guests are legally bound to:

• Maintain respectful behavior at all times
  • Avoid excessive noise
  • Not interfere with the privacy, movement, or comfort of other occupants
  Any disturbance, confrontation, or complaint from other guests will be treated as a serious breach of policy.

Noise & Quiet Hours
Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM onwards.

Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior beyond this time is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

Smoking, Alcohol & Illegal Substances
• Smoking is prohibited inside all indoor areas.
• Cleaning fees will be deducted from the security deposit for smoke damage, odour removal, or stains.
• Possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

Any violation will result in:
• Immediate eviction
• Possible involvement of local authorities

Safety & Supervision
Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and the safety of accompanying minors. The host shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or loss due to negligence on the guest’s part.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially near:
• The pond
• Outdoor open areas
• Staircases and elevated spaces

Property Care & Damage
Liability Guests are fully responsible for:
• Any damage to furniture, appliances, fixtures, flooring, walls, glassware, linens, or outdoor property.
• The total repair or replacement cost shall be deducted from the security deposit.
• If damage exceeds the deposit amount, the guest agrees to pay the remaining balance immediately.

Electrical & Utility Usage
Guests must ensure that:
• ACs, geysers, and lights are switched off when not in use
• Excessive electricity usage due to negligence may result in additional charges being deducted from the deposit.

Farm & Produce Policy
Plucking fruits, plants, or farm produce is strictly prohibited without permission. Guests must consult the caretaker before accessing any produce. Unauthorized picking will result in a penalty deduction.

Furniture & Interiors
Rearranging, dragging, or relocating furniture is not allowed. Any scratches, breaks, or structural damage will be chargeable.

Barbeque & Bonfire Usage
• Barbeque and bonfire facilities are available only with prior confirmation.
• Guests must strictly follow safety instructions provided by the caretaker.
• Any fire-related damage, burns, or accidents will be treated as guest liability.

Littering & Cleanliness
Guests must dispose of all waste only in designated bins. Littering anywhere on the farm premises is prohibited and will attract a cleaning penalty.

Right to Eviction
The host reserves the absolute right to enter the property for inspection in case of suspected rule violations and terminate the stay without refund for:
• Misconduct
• Illegal activity
• Disturbance to neighbors or other guests
• Property misuse

Liability Disclaimer
Mangoscape, its owners, and caretakers shall not be held responsible for:
• Loss of personal belongings
• Medical emergencies
• Accidents due to guest negligence
• Natural hazards or unforeseen environmental conditions
